From my experience, they're pretty true to size, maybe a touch on the slimmer side for some cuts. I usually wear a 40R in US brands and my Corneliani blazer is also a 40R and fits great.

Yeah, I think they're pretty standard. I'd stick with your usual suit jacket size. Their trousers sometimes need a little adjustment but that's common with most Italian brands.

Authentic Corneliani will have really precise finishing and usually a specific fabric tag inside. Feel the fabric, it should feel luxurious and not synthetic. Fakes often have sloppy details or cheap lining.

Corneliani is definitely up there with Canali and Zegna. I find their fit a bit more classic than some Zegna lines, maybe a little softer shoulder than Canali sometimes. Quality is impeccable across all three.

All three are top tier. Corneliani tends to have a really refined, slightly more traditional cut in my opinion, but still very modern. You can't go wrong with any of them for a tuxedo, it just comes down to personal preference on the specific cut.
